Scope

These terms apply to all services offered by CitrusCS LLC, including but not limited to privacy-hardened laptops, privacy audits, device hardening, consulting, data broker removal, secure communications setup, and home network security audits.

Service Descriptions

Service descriptions on this website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, specific deliverables and timelines may vary depending on your situation. A detailed scope of work will be agreed upon before any paid engagement begins.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero) and traditional payment methods. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Before work begins — Full refund issued within 7 business days.
• During engagement — Prorated refund based on work completed and delivered.
• After completion — No refund, as deliverables have been provided.

Limitation of Liability

CitrusCS provides cybersecurity and privacy services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any system is impervious to attack after our services are rendered. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data Breach Liability

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting client information, CitrusCS will notify affected clients within 72 hours of confirmed discovery, in accordance with Wyoming data breach notification law (W.S. 40-12-501 et seq.). Our liability for any breach is capped at the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We will cooperate with any applicable regulatory reporting requirements.

Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Refurbished hardware is tested and configured to our standards but carries no manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable Use

Our services are intended for lawful privacy and security purposes. You agree not to use our services, hardware, or guidance to engage in illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

CitrusCS is based in the United States and our services are primarily designed for US-based clients. International availability may vary depending on the service and applicable export or regulatory restrictions.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
