Scope

These terms apply to all services offered by Citrus Cybersecurity LLC, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, telecommunications, electronic warfare support, and counter-UAS solutions. For government contracts, the applicable contract terms and conditions take precedence over these general terms.

Service Descriptions

Service descriptions on this website are provided for informational purposes. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual statements of work, task orders, or contract documents agreed upon before engagement begins.

Payment & Billing

Payment terms are defined in individual contracts or statements of work. For commercial engagements, payment is due as specified in the agreement. Government contracts are invoiced in accordance with applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and contract terms.

Limitation of Liability

CitrusCS provides IT and cybersecurity services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any system is impervious to attack after our services are rendered. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting client information, CitrusCS will notify affected clients within 72 hours of confirmed discovery, in accordance with applicable state and federal notification requirements. We will cooperate with any applicable regulatory reporting requirements.

Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, unless otherwise specified in a government contract or statement of work.

Acceptable Use

Our services are intended for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services to engage in illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

CitrusCS is based in the United States. International availability may vary depending on the service and applicable export control or regulatory restrictions (ITAR, EAR).

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
